What You Need:
To get started, we technically only need the property address.
From there, our team can build out the campaign, landing page, and creative. That said, if you have plans, renders, images, or any project details, this will allow us to maximise the creative process and strengthen campaign performance.
We’ll provide a Dropbox link for you to upload any available assets, making it easy to share everything in one place.
Our team will then review what’s provided and use it to develop the strongest possible campaign to generate high-quality leads.

What do you need from us to get started?
Technically, we can get started with just the property address.
From there, our team can research the location, build the campaign structure, create the landing page, and develop the ad creative. However, the more assets you can provide, the stronger the campaign can be.

Do we need to already have a landing page?
No. A landing page is included in the setup and first month fee.
If you already have a landing page, we may be able to use it, provided we can install the required tracking, including the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics where needed. If the existing page needs improvements to support conversions, we will make recommendations before or during the campaign.
What is included in the setup and first month?
The setup and first month includes the key foundations needed to launch the campaign properly. This includes landing page development, creative asset development, ad copywriting, campaign setup, tracking requirements, and preparing the campaign for launch.
The first month is focused on building the right structure, getting the campaign live, and starting to gather data around which creative, messaging, audiences and landing page elements are driving the strongest enquiries
What happens after the first month?
After the first month, the campaign moves into ongoing management and optimisation. This includes reviewing campaign performance, refining creative, monitoring lead quality, adjusting messaging where needed, and using the data to improve results over time.
The ongoing monthly fee is designed to keep the campaign active, monitored and improving, rather than simply setting the ads live and leaving them.
Does the package include ad creative?
Yes. Creative asset development is included.
We work with the assets you provide, such as renders, plans, images, video, site footage or build progress content, and turn them into campaign creative. If limited assets are available, we can still build a campaign, but more content gives us more room to test different angles and improve performance.
All creative we produce can also be supplied back to your team for use across organic social media channels. This helps keep the project visible across both paid and organic platforms.
Does the package include content optimisation?
Yes. This package is outcome-focused and includes content optimisation.
That means we do not just write one version of an ad and leave it there. We review what is performing, refine messaging, adjust creative angles, and continue improving the campaign based on the data we are seeing.
Does the package include organic social media posting?
No, organic social media posting is not included in the package.
However, we strongly recommend maintaining consistent organic posting alongside the ads, especially stories and reels. This helps strengthen the campaign by increasing visibility, trust and recognition around the development.
Any organic social media planning, posting or community management can be quoted separately.
Who manages the campaign?
Your campaign is managed by the MyAgency team, with input across strategy, copywriting, creative, landing page development, campaign setup, data review and optimisation.
This is not a one-person campaign. The package is structured so the campaign benefits from our wider team’s experience across property, Meta ads, landing pages, creative testing and lead generation.
How does the landing page help generate better leads?
A strong landing page gives potential buyers a clear place to learn about the development and take action.
Instead of sending ad traffic to a general website page, we build or refine a focused landing page that supports the campaign objective. This helps keep the message clear, makes the enquiry process easier, and gives us better data around what is converting.
Why do you need tracking set up?
Tracking allows us to understand what happens after someone clicks on the ad.
For property campaigns, this may include tracking landing page visits, form submissions, thank you page views, and enquiry actions. Tools such as the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics help us see whether the campaign is generating meaningful interest, not just clicks. This allows us to optimise the campaign and report on performance more accurately.
Do we need Google Analytics?

Do you need access to our Meta account?
This depends on the campaign setup.
We can run ads through our structure or, in some cases, through your own Meta account. We will confirm the best setup during onboarding based on your existing assets, tracking requirements and account structure.
How much ad spend do we need?
Ad spend is additional and paid directly to Meta.
The right budget depends on the project, location, lead targets and campaign urgency. As a general guide, a higher daily budget allows for more aggressive lead generation, while a smaller daily budget can still support steady results over time.
Can you target offshore or international buyers?
Yes. The package can be used for local, national or international buyer campaigns, depending on the project and buyer strategy.
For international or offshore buyer campaigns, we will consider the audience, messaging, location appeal, investment angle and campaign structure carefully so the ads are speaking to the right people.
How quickly can we launch?
Launch timing depends on how quickly we receive the required assets, tracking access and approvals.
If assets, landing page requirements and tracking are straightforward, campaigns can often be prepared and launched quickly. If we need to build a landing page, source content, clarify project details or coordinate with a website team, this may take longer.
Can you work with limited project assets?
Yes. We are used to working with limited assets and can still create effective campaigns when needed.
That said, the more content we have, the more dynamic the campaign can be. Renders, plans, video, location footage and development information allow us to test stronger creative angles and usually support better campaign performance.
Can you guarantee leads?
No campaign can guarantee a specific number of leads, but this package is designed to give the campaign the strongest possible foundation.
We focus on building the right landing page, creating strong ad creative, setting up tracking properly, testing different messages, and using the data to improve performance. The goal is to generate qualified enquiries and reduce wasted ad spend over time.
What makes this different from a standard Meta ads package?
This package is specific to property developer lead generation.
Unlike a general Meta ads package, this includes the property-specific campaign structure, landing page development, creative asset development and messaging needed to promote a defined property project. It is built for developments where the goal is to generate enquiry from interested buyers, not simply drive general brand awareness
