How is the revenue target calculated?

Your target is based on your average monthly revenue from the three months before we start working together. For example, if your average monthly revenue over that period was $50,000, the month six target would be $100,000 in monthly revenue.

What happens if you double my revenue before month six?

Great question. If we double your monthly revenue earlier than expected, the next stage of the success fee is triggered.
When your monthly revenue reaches double the agreed average, an additional 30% of the project balance becomes due. The remaining 40% is then due in month six, provided the target is still on track as expected.

This structure recognises early success while still allowing us to continue monitoring, optimising, and supporting the strategy through the full six-month roadmap.

Why does the package still run for six months if results happen earlier?

Because sustainable growth needs more than one strong month. Results may happen before month six, but the full six-month period gives us time to prepare, test, optimise, scale, monitor, and confirm that the growth is supported by a strong marketing system, not just a short-term spike.

What do I pay upfront?

You pay a deposit to begin the work. This allows us to complete the strategy, data review, setup, campaign preparation, and early implementation required to start building toward the revenue target.
The remaining balance is tied to the agreed revenue milestone.

When do I pay the rest?

The payment structure is linked to results. You pay your initial deposit to begin. When your monthly revenue doubles from the agreed six-month average, an additional 30% becomes due. The final 40% becomes due in month six, provided the target is on track as expected.

What happens if we do not hit the target?

If we do not hit the agreed revenue target, the remaining success-based payment is not due. That is the point of the guarantee. We are backing our work, our process, and our team’s ability to deliver against a measurable outcome.

Is ad spend included?

No. Advertising spend is paid separately and directly to the relevant platform, such as Meta or Google. The Marketing Guarantee covers the strategy, implementation, optimisation, reporting, and marketing work required to move toward the agreed revenue target.

Is website work included?

Website conversion rate optimisation may be included as part of the roadmap if your website is identified as a key barrier to growth. The exact scope will depend on your business, data, platform, and what is required to support the revenue target.

Do I need to already have sales coming in?

Yes. This package is designed for established businesses with consistent monthly revenue and enough historical data to calculate a realistic growth target. It is not suited to brand-new businesses without a sales history.

What kind of businesses qualify?
