ROSIE GRAYSTONE – Creative Director
After 10 years working as a marketing professional Rosie decided to start her own successful ecommerce business. She sold the business in 2019 and is now committed to helping other businesses and entrepreneurs reach their online sales and lead goals. Rosie enjoys developing creative and exciting campaigns that reinforce your brand story, increase awareness and sales, and improve the funnel to deliver above expectations.

 

RUTH STUART – Managing Director // Data Operations and Insights Manager
Ruth is a highly specialised SEO expert, providing data across all campaigns which ensure our websites perform their best, our
campaigns provide high quality traffic and leads, and our marketing activities are designed via an analytical approach to your current position. Ruth takes the guess work out of what converts, integrating technology to map, track and monitor all aspects of your user interactions. Ruth has skills in building websites, developing and integrating marketing systems, and a passion for excellent customer service to compliment all marketing activities.

EMMA COLE - Office Manager 
Passionate about systems, project and event management, Emma is
a self starter who gets things done. Managing the calendar and keeping all projects on track, Emma works with our team across New Zealand to deliver a range of marketing projects. Driven, a fast learner, and with a high level of attention to detail, Emma has an excellent multi-tasking ability and is always available to discuss ongoing projects, their delivery and timeframe expectations. 

 

ASH MURPHY - Marketing Executive
Responsible for establishing new relationships and promoting some of the amazing businesses we are fortunate enough to represent. Working in sales and account management since 2014 Ash is passionate about creating positive win-win relationships with the people he interacts with. Ash works across a host of our social campaigns, including strategic planning and implementation, as well as delivering high performing briefs to our creative team. 

 

JOSH MONIN - Lead Digital & Design 
Josh is a creative expert with years of experience coordinating campaigns for lifestyle brands, and tourism businesses. With an eye for detail and the ability to efficiently build and design web systems that enable our clients to reach their sales, and / or lead goals, Josh combines design skills with his website building knowledge to deliver quickly on our client objectives.  

 

 

WANJA JOLL – Content Coordinator 

Well versed in the world of social influence, Wanja understands the level of detail and care required in maximising partnership opportunities, including with influencers, brand partners, and NZ media. An expert at identifying emerging brand opportunities that suit the marketing strategy while expanding the existing social profiles, and maintaining high user engagement through content.

 

KYLIE JENKINS - Campaign Coordinator
From initial research and campaign planning, to strategy delivery and content creation, Kylie is hands on in all aspects of our marketing campaigns. Her role to support the wider team includes development of systems to improve delivery and identifying brand partnership opportunities for our range of clients. Kylie keeps our creative projects on track and enjoys jumping in front of the camera, as well as coordinating content shoots with our external suppliers. 

 

BRYCE ENGLAND – Digital Solutions 
Bryce England is experienced in designing new products and services, improving the efficacy of training transitions, and implementing successful Google AdWords campaigns. Bryce has a fundamental interest in implementing solutions that solve business performance issues rapidly, with little risk.

 

 

JAMES POWELL – Systems Expert 
With a birds eye view across all client activity James is actively working to develop systems that allow us to improve our delivery of expert marketing services to businesses around New Zealand. With a laser focus on automation and an understanding of systems development that compliments his analytical approach to enhancing our marketing machine.
