I still remember last November when this client reached $25,000 in a month, and the joy we all felt celebrating that milestone. It was a 29% increase on the month prior and she was absolutely thrilled. To now see her achieve a $200,000 month is extraordinary, and her excitement is even greater.

When this business owner first approached us she was running her ecommerce brand entirely on her own. She was managing marketing, customer service, pack and dispatch and day-to-day operations without any external support. Despite this workload she was generating less than $20,000 a month in sales. Her products had strong market appeal, but like many founder-led businesses she was stretched too thin and lacked the systems, structure and clarity to scale sustainably. She knew she could grow but she did not know which levers to pull or how to prioritise her time.
Our first step was to complete a Deep Data Dive and Business Analysis. We reviewed every data point available including conversion rates, channel performance, average order value and market position. This gave us clear insight into who her most profitable customers were, which channels genuinely drove revenue, where she was losing potential sales and which competitor strategies presented opportunities. This work became the foundation for all strategic decisions that followed.
With the data in place we created a Strategic Growth Roadmap. The plan set out the next three, six and twelve months with specific targets linked to revenue and profitability. Every recommendation was backed by data rather than assumption. We actually predicted $160,000 in November 2025 but because we had spent months working on the other key metrics, we were able to surpass that with more than a week to go in the month.
Our team develop new creative content informed by the insights. We strengthen the website performance to increase conversion rates and deploy targeted campaigns on the channels most likely to convert. We also implement full funnel tracking so that every activity can be measured against real business outcomes. Continuous testing and refinement helps to make sure that performance and profitability continues to grow.

The results of this work speak for themselves. Over the past twelve months she generated $1m in total sales, which was an increase of 278% from the previous year. Orders increased by 220% and website sessions increased by 185%. Her conversion rate also increased by 14%, showing meaningful improvements in both traffic quality and on-site experience. Monthly revenue became significantly more stable and momentum grew steadily throughout the year.
Last month she reached a new all-time high in sales with $200,092 generated in a single month, confirming the strength and scalability of the system now in place.
