We’ve been working with the Southern Lakes ITM team for the past six months, and it’s been an absolute privilege helping them capture what they do so well offline, and bring it to life online.
Southern Lakes ITM is a team that genuinely walks the talk. They’re not interested in flashy gimmicks, they’re out there delivering materials, helping builders on site, problem-solving behind the counter, and supporting the Southern Lakes community in every way imaginable.
Our role is to help them document that so their social media becomes a true reflection of what they already do.
We’ve created content that shows the team in action, supported their internal crew with a best practices marketing guide, and continue to provide training and structure so they can implement marketing internally in a way that’s sustainable and achievable for their team.
One of the best parts of working with Southern Lakes ITM is their culture. From the drivers to the sales staff, there’s a real sense of family across the business. They have fun, they work hard, and they go the extra mile, not just for their customers, but for each other too. They know most of their customers by name, and it shows in every interaction.
What many people might not realise is just how deeply involved Southern Lakes ITM is in our community. They support an eye-watering number of local events and initiatives, from sports teams to school fundraisers, charity builds to community celebrations. Getting this sponsorship activity visible on their feed has been a huge part of our work. It’s about making sure people understand when you support Southern Lakes ITM, you’re not buying from a big corporate. You’re supporting a local business that has grown by backing its customers, and being backed by them in return.
We’re excited to keep building this part of their business alongside them and can’t wait to see what the next six months brings.
