This New Zealand consumables company reflects one of the most rewarding journeys I have ever been part of. It began with one founder who simply wanted guidance. She came to us for coaching, looking for clarity around her marketing structure and the confidence to take control of her growth. Together we worked through the foundations, understanding her customers, setting up the right marketing habits, and ensuring she had a clear pathway to scale. Those early coaching sessions gave her the skills and strategic mindset to move from reactive marketing to intentional, data informed decision making.
Meta Ads became a major growth engine, consistently delivering high quality customers at a cost that allowed the business to scale sustainably. With the right audiences, creative direction and ongoing optimisation from the team, revenue began lifting month after month.
The numbers tell the story. Between June 2024 and December 2025 the business grew 976% in sales and an 842% in orders compared to the previous period. The conversion rate has also strengthened, which shows that not only have we increased traffic, but we have significantly improved the quality of the traffic arriving at the site.
What makes this growth even more meaningful is the evolution behind the scenes. As the business expanded, the founder began building her own internal marketing capability. Instead of becoming dependent on external support, she gained the skills to hire, train and empower her own team. Our role shifted from hands on execution to strategic oversight and systems development, ensuring her new team could run Meta Ads, interpret data accurately and make smart decisions using The Data Lab.
Today we support her continued growth through deep analysis, forecasting, campaign refinement and commercial guidance. Her internal marketing team now manages much of the day to day work, while we remain her strategic partner, watching the dashboards together, troubleshooting performance, identifying growth opportunities and ensuring the business never loses momentum.
