How Much Time Do I Need?
Most clients spend two to four hours per week engaging with the mentorship and marketing activities. This includes your weekly strategy session and time implementing agreed actions. The Data Lab is MyAgency’s reporting and insights platform. It brings your marketing and sales data into one place so you can see what is working, where customers are dropping off, and what actions to take next.
What does The Data Lab help me understand?
It helps you understand your traffic, conversion rates, paid ad performance, revenue metrics, funnel performance and where sales or leads may be leaking. The goal is to give you clear priorities instead of vanity metrics.
What is included in Data Lab Mentorship?
The mentorship includes access to your dashboard, regular check-ins, weekly data updates, practical insights and support from a dedicated marketing specialist. Sessions are designed to help you understand the data and know what actions to prioritise.
How often are the check-ins?
The Data Lab service can include 30 minutes per week or one hour every two weeks, depending on the setup. These sessions are used to review your dashboard, explain what the numbers mean, and identify next steps.
What happens on Tuesdays?
The MyAgency team reviews Data Lab dashboards each Tuesday. Clients can also receive weekly email updates with insights, areas to focus on, and opportunities to double down on what is working.
What is app-only access?
App-only access means we connect your data to The Data Lab for reporting and optimisation purposes. It allows us to see the information needed to measure performance, without providing a full ongoing mentorship or implementation service.
What is the difference between Data Lab Mentorship and app-only access?
Data Lab Mentorship includes dashboard access plus regular support, check-ins and guidance. App-only access is more limited and is generally used so we can report on campaigns or marketing activity accurately.
Does The Data Lab include ads management?
No. Ongoing Meta Ads or Google Ads setup, optimisation and monitoring are not included in The Data Lab Mentorship unless they are part of a separate ads package.
Does The Data Lab include email writing or campaign execution?
No. Writing, building, scheduling or managing email campaigns is not included unless it is quoted separately
Do you implement the recommendations for me?
The Data Lab helps you understand what needs attention and what to prioritise. Hands-on implementation, troubleshooting, setup or changes completed by our team are charged separately unless already included in another package.
